    FULL-TIME, GENEROUS SALARY + COMMISSION + BONUSES – YOU CAN EXPECT TO MAKE $80,000 TO $120,000+ ANNUALLY WHEN MEETING SALES GOALS. CLEARWORLD IS A FAST-GROWING COMPANY, WHICH SPECIALIZES IN SOLAR-POWERED LIGHTING AND SMART CITY PRODUCTS UTILIZING THE LATEST IN SOLID-STATE LED LIGHTING FOR MUNICIPAL, COMMERCIAL, AND INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS. WE WANT A MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR TO HELP WITH GROWTH, MARKETING EFFORTS, AND ONGOING COMPANY BRANDING. WE’RE LOOKING FOR A RESULTS-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL TO ACTIVELY AND CONTINUALLY ENGAGE, MOTIVATE, AND PROMOTE COMPANY OFFERINGS THROUGH FORMED RELATIONSHIPS/PARTNERSHIPS WITH NEW AND ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURER REP AGENCIES, MUNICIPALITIES, ENGINEERING/DESIGN FIRMS, AND UTILITIES. THIS POSITION ENTAILS PROVIDING COMPLETE AND DETAILED SOLUTIONS FOR EVERY AGENCY TO BOOST TOP-LINE REVENUE GROWTH, CUSTOMER ACQUISITION LEVELS, AND OVERALL PROFITABILITY.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Launch new web experiences via custom Wordpress templates and integrations with our marketing automation and data analytics tools.
    • Define technical requirements, implement, and analyze SEO strategies to drive organic pipeline.
    • Analyze and optimize landing page experiences across all channels (Email/ Linkedin/ Constant Contact/ Facebook/ etc) to multiply team results.
    • Design and create/update company catalogs, cut sheets and specification sheets
    • Partner with sales and sales operations to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reports.
    • Sales; develop sales tools that support the selling process, including sales and product training support.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Insights & Research; Deliver industry, market and product insights to support product roadmap and positioning, campaign development/relevant areas and company growth.
    • Planning concepts and designing rough layouts and concepts to improve branding and products.
    • Thought Leadership; Create thought leadership content pieces by researching relevant topics pertaining to industry.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ yrs of Product Marketing or Content Marketing experience.
    • 3+ yrs web development experience. Wordpress experience required.
    • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, track record in driving SEO results, and passion to stay abreast of industry trends in SEO and online marketing.
    • Analytical rigor, expert in Excel, and working knowledge of statistics.
    • Proven marketing and sales experience; preferably in Lighting or Solar sales. MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW RESULTS.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and Adobe Illustrator
    • Renlentless focus on driving business results
    • Familiar with CRM (Hubspot)
    • Must have the ability to analyze processes to develop practical solutions with products and services that are offered within the company.
    • Must be able to take initiative, follow-up and drive cross departmental acition in order to meet challenging deadlines.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations and advertisements tailored to the audience needs
    • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business (Degree requirement can be waived depending on previous experience)
