    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with all administrative functions of the agency including budget, record keeping, data processing, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and donor data
    • Manage grant applications and reporting
    • Work with agency audit firm to provide data required for yearly audit
    • In conjunction with other staff members, prepare organization's annual report and yearly newsletter
    • Provide information needed to support agency's yearly program events

    Additional knowledge and skills:

    • Must be proficient in Quick Books, Excel, and Microsoft Word
    • IT Skills
    • Ability to lift 30 pounds
    • Must pass a background check
