Key Responsibilities:
- Work with all administrative functions of the agency including budget, record keeping, data processing, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and donor data
- Manage grant applications and reporting
- Work with agency audit firm to provide data required for yearly audit
- In conjunction with other staff members, prepare organization's annual report and yearly newsletter
- Provide information needed to support agency's yearly program events
Additional knowledge and skills:
- Must be proficient in Quick Books, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- IT Skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Must pass a background check
