    cleo has an exciting career opportunity for an individual who wants to join a company with a great culture in a growing department. As the Ecommerce Operation Lead you will work with the team to contribute to the financial success of cleo.ca utilizing the Salesforce platform. This position leads operational tasks, aligning the merchandising strategy with the brand business objectives. You are a strategic thinker, comfortable with multi-tasking with excellent organization, administration and communication skills, with a passion for E-commerce. This position is based out of Mississauga and reports to the Ecommerce Manager.

    Major Job Functions:

    Partner with the e-commerce and buying teams to ensure product is placed on the site to maximize sales opportunities, seasonal priorities, and trends.

    Participate with web product pricing and promotions by:

    Ensuring current pricing and promotions, categories, campaigns, coupons are maintained online at all times.

    Validating promotions through end to end testing

    Manage and seek opportunities with (SEO) strategically by collaborating with external and internal tools available to improve traffic and conversion:

    Maintaining searchable attributes (Hypernym, Synonym, Compound Word)

    Executing Google Ads

    Superior written and verbal communication skills that keep e-commerce team informed on opportunities, problems and concerns relating to own areas of responsibilities as well as any broader issues that may arise.

    Utilize technology by providing data-driven insights to drive merchandising strategies –

    Offer continuous improvement and efficiencies in order to maxmize departmental productivity.

    Indentifying system enhancements opportunities and keep up to date with new upgrades

    Attending and participating in webinars, seminars and team meetings

    Personal development opportunities by exploring other competitive sites on navigation, customer experience, reading, looking for new ideas and make recommendation to incorporate

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce retail, working in a fast – paced environment with competing priorities.

    Experience with Salesforce commerce cloud (SFCC) and business manager (formerly Demandware)

    Post-secondary education in Business or Communications (or an equivalent combination of education & experience)

    Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

    Proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords,

    Knowledge of SQL, SOQL and basic HTML is an asset.

    Strong SEO foundation is an asset

    A self-starter that works well independently, as well as part of a team.

    Proven ability to interact with individuals from all levels within the organization.
