    The Career Opportunity:

    The Marketing & Visual Production Coordinator support and collaborates with both Brands (Ricki’s and cleo) marketing and visual teams in executing tasks through administration, coordination, and implementation. Serves as a key point of contact for store. This position is based in the Ricki's Home Office located in Winnipeg, MB.

    The Competencies: GREAT EXECUTION:

    Fosters and maintains positive working relationships with stores and vendors.

    Act as the lead contact and liaison with outside print vendors to coordinate and communicate print production requirements, create workback schedules, request quotes and ensure cost efficient solutions that meet budget requirements.

    Work closely with the Ricki’s & Cleo Visual and Marketing teams, supporting with coordination and production of seasonal signage kits.

    Organizes and oversees the inventory of the signage database for both companies with regard to in-store signage, specialty signage and product labels. This can include edits, changes in ingredients, and the creation of new signage based on current templates.

    Make recommendations to improve the look, feel and customer experience for print production and signage solutions.

    Assist the Stores by responding to requests, both written and verbal, following up and providing feedback as required.

    Responsible for internal/external communications including store communication.

    Ensures efficient distribution lists for suppliers, props and new Store openings as well as keeping files up to date.

    Ensure signage is kitted and sent to stores.

    Shipping procedures and distribution lists.

    Execution and mailing of monthly production of set up guides.

    Back up support for mailroom activities as needed – including store mailings, courier preparation/ labeling and implementation; courier tracking, etc.

    Performs the necessary administrative tasks.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Degree or diploma in Marketing or Graphic Design.

    At least 2-3 years of print production experience, preferably for a multi-channel retailer in the fashion industry.

    Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat as well as Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

    Strong understanding of best practices for store level signage and print production.

    Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative nature and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

    Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as, being able to constantly multi-task.

    Ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities, while meeting strict deadlines.

    Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills.

    Possess a keen eye for detail; proofreading all layouts; great problem-solving skills; takes initiative.

    Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
