    We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join Ricki’s/cleo Home Office located in Winnipeg or Toronto or remote. This role looks after both brands - Ricki’s and cleo. We’re an exciting women’s fashion retailers looking for a Marketing Cloud Specialist that loves to work hard, have fun, and innovate. The position is full –time at 37.5 hours with benefits.

    The impact you’ll make

    As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with marketing and other departments to execute digital initiatives for Cleo and Ricki’s. The Digital Strategy Coordinator will drive the expansion of our digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities include working closely with the Marketing Managers/Teams/Vendors for both Brands (Ricki’s & cleo) for support to ensure successful campaign pacing and delivery within budget and time. You will also provide optimization recommendations as well as carry out modifications to increase overall digital media performance.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute a digital media strategy /plan & execute against agreed upon metrics to build the brands presence online; that are aligned with brand and business objectives, and deliver increased user engagement and customer acquisition.

    • Analyze effectiveness of and delivery to manage our digital programs to ensure objectives are met and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Develop and Execute related digital projects as needed (SEO, Google Ad words, Website updates). Optimize campaigns and implement different versions as needed on all digital platforms.

    • Work with digital marketing tools, i.e. SFDMP, Audience Studio, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords/Analytics etc.

    • Interpret data collected from across channels to report and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing team performance for Ricki’s/cleo.

    • Manage and define best practices for analytics on projects to ensure consistent, ongoing benchmarking and analysis of performance including data-driven recommendations to improve future success.

    • Research industry trends and emerging technologies.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • University degree related to digital marketing or combination of any equivalent education and experience.

    • 2+ years of experience analyzing marketing and sales data

    • Proficient in Excel, MS Office programs, and Google Analytics.

    • A strong understanding of ad managers on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube and LinkedIn.

    • Google Ads certification a benefit

    • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
