JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General bookkeeping, AR, AP
- Payroll
- Payroll taxes
- Answer the phone, transfer calls
- Monthly and quarterly taxes
- Order parts and materials
- Receive incoming shipments
- Help with inventory management
- Verify timecards
- Various office administration tasks
WHO YOU ARE:
- Excited to learn new processes and software programs
- Like to work independently and solve problems that arise
- Good at juggling multiple projects at the same time
- Willing to learn new ways of doing things
- Maintain a positive attitude and be comfortable working on a team
- Punctual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of QuickBooks experience
- At least 1 year managing Payroll and Payroll taxes
- At least 1 year with bookkeeping and AR/AP
- At least 1 year experience with monthly WA state taxes
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience as Office Manager
- 2 years managing inventory
- 3 years of experience using QuickBooks
- 3 years in a manufacturing environment (shop or office)
POSITION DETAILS:
- Part time (8am to 1pm ideally)
- Possibly full-time down the road
- Day shift
- Located near Ellensburg, WA
