As Cleveland Lighting continues to grow, we are looking for energetic, customer service and sales focused professionals who are looking to grow with us. Showroom Sales Associates work with our clients to find the perfect lighting option and to ensure optimal sales through exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Assist customers, using product knowledge and consultative selling skills, to choose the right products for their needs.

· Support our sales team using our POS and Microsoft office.

· Process quotes/orders, sales orders, returns and cash transaction accurately and efficiently.

· Work closely with other sales associates, buyers, and expeditors on customer order follow-through.

· Be committed to building long term, loyal customer relationships.

· Stay current on product information, technology, and design trends.

WHAT YOU NEED:

· Experience and comfort interfacing with all levels of individuals (customers, team members, and vendors).

· Ability to adapt quickly and deal with changing priorities.

· Upbeat, energetic, and positive personality.

· Retail, customer service, sales or related product experience preferred. Showroom experience preferred.

· Ability to work some evenings and at least one weekend day.

· Ability to adapt quickly.

· High degree of professionalism, team orientation, and collaborative outlook.

· Keen focus on customer satisfaction.

· Superior time management skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
