About the Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as a Client Account Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships in our Sherman Oaks, CA office. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends to better serve clients’ needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in account management or client services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
