Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and providing support as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify and understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services that enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client engagement, and opportunities for further development.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
