We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative to join our Cincinnati team. This role involves managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and supporting them through every step of their engagement with us. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, helping clients navigate our services and providing top-tier support with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, effective manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare account updates, reports, and proposals as needed
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction
Support the onboarding of new clients and manage contract renewals
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
