Messa Sync is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for someone who is proactive, communicative, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are met
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for clients
Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all account activities and documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
