Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative to manage client relationships and support strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, understands client service, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. You’ll work as a liaison between our internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence and account success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support
Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are aligned
Monitor account performance and provide updates, reports, and recommendations
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally
Participate in meetings, strategy sessions, and project planning
Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
