Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager
Location: Mid-Cities, DFW | Employment Type: Full-Time
Our established and growing independent accounting firm is seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to support our small-to-mid-sized business clients with outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting services for multiple clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closings
Prepare and review client financial statements and internal reports
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings (W-2s, 1099s, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of basic federal and state tax returns (1040s, 1120S, etc.)
Build long-term relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
Supervise junior accounting staff and support process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experienced accounting professional with a strong background in payroll, client services, and federal tax (typically 5–10 years)
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
Familiarity with payroll systems and federal payroll tax compliance
Understanding of basic federal tax return preparation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
CPA or EA designation preferred but not required
