HomeWell Care Services of Augusta is a trusted non-medical home care agency committed to helping seniors live safely and independently at home. We are growing and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative who is passionate about building relationships, growing brand awareness, and making a difference in the lives of others.
What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Representative, you will be the face of our agency in the community, responsible for generating referrals, building strong partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote agency services to healthcare professionals and organizations
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, senior centers, and more
Conduct a minimum of 8 in-person visits per day to referral sources
Attend community events, expos, and networking meetings
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM system
Create weekly activity plans and goals
Meet monthly and quarterly referral and service hour targets
Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of healthcare-related sales/marketing experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Strong follow-up and time management skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Passion for helping seniors live with dignity and independence
