    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Experience

    Prefer candidates candidates that speak Korean, Japanese or Mandarin.

    Welcomes clients warmly and ensures a professional environment.

    Engages clients to assist, respond to inquiries, and provide experienced recommendations based on individual preferences, styling and wardrobing.

    Anticipates client needs and delivers proactive, personalized service to elevate the shopping experience.

    Schedules house appointments and private sessions for Very Important Clients (VICs), and follows up on any services including shipping and alterations.

    Apply consignment experience in daily operations.

    Sales & Operational Excellence

    Achieves individual store sales targets, including consignment and weekly goals.

    Captures, conversion and retention of new clients.

    Accurately operates the point-of-sale system to process payments, refunds, and returns in accordance with company policies.

    Locates merchandise, places special orders, and ensures timely, accurate sales processing.

    Utilizes Alpha CRM App for client outreach and business development.

    Accurately record and document sales activity to support follow-up and reporting.

    Applies strong product knowledge (PK) and awareness of current trends to support clients and serve as a resource for the sales team.

    Client Development & Compliance

    Consistently grows and maintains a high-value client book, cultivating long-term relationships through regular outreach and personalized service.

    Engages with online VIC clients to enhance retention, drive spend, and deliver exceptional remote service.

    Responsible for developing and sustaining individual client sales in alignment with targets set for their role level, while consistently building their client book and delivering a high standard of service.

    Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    2–4 years of experience in retail, luxury sales, or a department store client service role preferred

    Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering exceptional and consistent client service

    Experience with clienteling and maintaining client relationships preferred

    Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a team- oriented and collaborative approach

    Reliable and punctual, able to adhere to daily schedules with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Skilled in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively

    Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

    Detail-oriented, meticulous, and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
