    🌟 Position Overview

    We’re seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Sales & Community Engagement Representative to help expand our presence across Green Bay and the Fox Cities.

    This role is key to promoting our mission and connecting with families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations that value quality senior care. The ideal candidate brings experience in sales, business development, or community outreach within the healthcare industry and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.

    💬 Key Responsibilities

    Community Engagement: Represent Senior Helpers at local events, networking meetings, and healthcare settings to promote our in-home care services and build meaningful connections.

    Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and nurture new leads while maintaining strong relationships with existing referral partners.

    Networking & Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and community organizations to increase brand awareness and business growth.

    Marketing Support: Collaborate with leadership to implement marketing strategies and outreach campaigns that drive visibility and referrals.

    Data-Driven Growth: Track performance, analyze trends, and make recommendations to continuously improve community engagement and sales results.

    🧩 Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Marketing, Public Health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

    Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare, business development, or community engagement with a focus on relationship management and outreach.

    Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and community partners.

    Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite); CRM experience preferred.

    Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently and collaboratively.

    Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend events.

    Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
