Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing Sales & Community Engagement Representative to strengthen our presence in Green Bay and the Fox Cities. In this key role, you’ll cultivate partnerships, develop referral relationships, and engage with healthcare providers and community organizations to promote the quality care Senior Helpers is known for.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach: Represent Senior Helpers at networking events, senior expos, healthcare facilities, and local organizations to build meaningful community relationships.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up with referral sources.
Partnership Development: Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations to expand our network.
Brand Promotion: Collaborate with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Data-Driven Strategy: Track results, identify trends, and use insights to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
Client & Family Education: Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate representative, helping families understand how our services can improve their loved one’s quality of life.
🧩 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience in sales, healthcare, business development, or community engagement.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
Willingness to attend community events during evenings or weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
