    Guardian Tax is expanding and looking for motivated, driven professionals to join our team as Client Advisors. In this role, you'll connect with individuals who are actively seeking help with their tax challenges and guide them toward solutions that can make a meaningful difference.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
    • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
    • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs
    • Educate clients on available solutions and services
    • Overcome objections and close deals effectively
    • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
    • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

    Compensation & Earning Potential

    • 15% commission on all closed deals
    • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
    • Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month
    • Full-time, in-office position in Chandler, AZ
