    Full-time, 8am - 5pm, in-office position

    Warm, Inbound Leads. Uncapped Commissions.

    We're offering the opportunity to earn up to $65,000 in first-year total compensation (base salary + commission), and the ability to substantially increase that pay in your following years.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Our Client Advisors are the voice of our services for small business owners and high-net-worth individuals seeking guidance on tax and estate planning. You will:

    • Complete our training program, where you'll gain knowledge of all Attorney-offered services
    • Connect with inbound and outbound warm leads
    • Build trust with clients through a high-touch, professional approach
    • Listen to client goals and educate them on our legal services and pricing with clarity and confidence
    • Manage leads and track interactions using Hubspot
    • Coordinate with Attorneys and Legal Assistants to ensure the client's needs are met
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining top-tier client satisfaction ratings
    • Represent our Firm at client-facing events and vendor tables

    Required Qualifications:

    Our ideal teammate has 2 years of verifiable sales success (legal or professional services a plus), strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, and is able to work full-time on-site. Additional qualifications include:

    • Coachable and easy to work with
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
    • Adaptable and resilient in a growing organization
    • Tech-savvy: comfortable using Hubspot, Google Workspace, and other CRM tools
    • High School Diploma or GED
