    Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Act as a dedicated advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.

    Provide proactive guidance, anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions.

    Present solutions in a consultative manner, emphasizing how they address client needs and provide tangible value.

    Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support, advocating for the client throughout the process.

    Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional solutions and services that align with their evolving needs. These solutions will enhance Uptime, Performance, Integration, and Security, ensuring clients remain protected, efficient, and operational at all times.

    Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and seeking feedback.

    Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on pipeline activity in Autotask. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecast accuracy to sales management.

    Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements (HIPAA, cybersecurity), and emerging technologies that impact dental practices.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 1-year of customer service experience

    Minimum 1-year of Client Advocate or Sales experience

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Displays outstanding customer service skills and professionalism

    Displays excellent problem-solving skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

    Ability to work independently and on a team

    Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented work habits

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience using Autotask

    Additional Requirements

    Successful completion of pre-employment assessments

    Successful completion of initial training

    Professional and friendly demeanor

    Pays attention and adheres to company policies and procedures

    Valid driver’s license
