    Job Description

    The Client Advocate will support Personal Lines clients by providing exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. This role partners closely with producers and client teams to handle client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and passionate about helping clients understand and protect what matters most.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and other communication channels
    • Processing Direct Billed Payments
    • Obtaining and distributing the mail daily
    • Assist Account Managers with processing insurance transactions
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system (AMS360)
    • Request and track information from carriers as needed
    • Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
    • Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables
    • Monitor billing, payments, and reconciliation issues for direct billed accounts
    • Support document management and filing
    • Housekeeping items as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Obtain P&C Maryland Insurance License within 1 year of hire
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
    • Excellent written communication and task follow-through
    • Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
    • Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members
