Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Care Assistant who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and dedicated to ensuring data accuracy and exceptional client support. What You’ll Do
As a Client Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless, supportive experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, and coordinate scheduling for check-ins and training.
Data Entry & Accuracy: Input and maintain nutritional data, meal plans, and inventory, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
Documentation & Organization: Keep client records up to date and help track communication logs and tasks.
Communication & Outreach: Draft client emails and announcements, and support internal report preparation.
Training & Resources: Organize onboarding materials, update user guides, and assist with training logistics.
Administrative Support: Help manage documents, input basic billing info, and provide day-to-day team support.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
1+ year in a customer service or data entry role
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred:
Background in healthcare, foodservice, or client support
Experience with meal management software

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
