About the Role

We’re a new Assisting Hands Home Care agency in Sugar Land, TX, and we’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator who already understands caregiving. If you’ve worked as a caregiver, CNA, or scheduler and want to grow your career, this role is a strong next step.

What You’ll Do

Support scheduling and match caregivers to clients

Handle client intake calls and service needs

Communicate with caregivers and families

Complete non‑clinical in‑home check-ins

Keep client notes and care plans organized

Help build simple, effective start‑up processes

What We’re Looking For

Caregiver, CNA, or home care experience strongly preferred

Friendly, organized, and reliable

Comfortable with basic scheduling software

Professional communication skills

Reliable transportation for occasional visits
