We are looking for a Customer Service & Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is often the first point of contact for customers experiencing property damage, and focuses heavily on answering incoming calls, helping homeowners understand the restoration process, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their project.
This position plays an important role in helping guide customers through what is often a stressful situation while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
Position Overview
The Customer Service & Client Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between customers, field teams, and office staff. This person helps ensure that customers receive clear communication, jobs are properly documented, and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Success in this role requires someone who is organized, compassionate, and an excellent communicator on the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Answer incoming calls from homeowners experiencing property damage
Complete intake for new losses and gather necessary information
Help customers understand the restoration and insurance process
Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
Follow up with customers to ensure questions are answered and needs are met
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule inspections and service appointments
Coordinate communication between customers and field staff
Assist with dispatching crews and scheduling work
Support the team with daily job updates and information
Job Documentation
Create and maintain job files and documentation
Enter job notes and maintain accurate records
Monitor schedules and ensure documentation is complete
Basic Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Experience
Strong phone and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours
Full time
Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
Based at Paul Davis office
Occasional after-hours availability may be required during emergency situations.
