Happiness Coordinator – Remote – Right Path Law Right Path Law, a fast-growing personal injury and criminal defense law firm, is seeking a Client Happiness Coordinator to join our remote team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organizational skills who thrives in a high-empathy, client-facing environment. We’re looking for someone who will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for new clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their legal journey. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Welcome and onboard new clients within 24 hours of signing • Schedule meetings between clients and attorneys • Clearly explain next steps in the legal process • Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate delivery of welcome and closing gifts for clients • Follow up with clients for Google reviews and feedback Qualifications: Requirements • At least 1 year of customer service experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, online calendars, and client communication platforms • Ability to work independently and follow through consistently Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a legal, medical, or professional services setting • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Prior experience supporting clients in emotionally sensitive or high-stakes situations Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
