The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for creating extraordinary experiences between client, families and care staff and ultimately manages “best in home care” care plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range $20 - $23 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:
Client Care Coordinators develop and maintain the client care plan, creating extraordinary client & caregiver experiences and communicating with clients, families, care staff and referral sources.
Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery.
Maintains a calm, positive demeanor always and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.
Answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.
Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.
Shares helpful community resources.
Schedule in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.
Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
Complete supervisory visits of clients and care staff when needed.
Always maintains professionalism and proper business etiquette with interaction between clients, families, care staff, referral sources and office staff.
Occasional work on evenings and weekends may be required. Work will generally be performed in an office setting, but occasional visits to client homes or partner facilities may be required.
Assist with sales, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and personnel management.
Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed by the Administrator.
Qualification:
High school graduate or equivalent
Prior experience working in the home care industry, medical office or customer service setting.
Current caregivers, NAC/CNA/HCA encourage to apply. If you’re not certified, must be willing to complete your HCA training within 120 days of hire. We will pay for your training.
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
Have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and willing to drive within Spokane County.
