Briarstone is seeking a high-empathy, detail-oriented Client Care Manager to own the post-commitment journey for our private partners. You are the "face of the firm" once an investor joins our Private Pipeline. Your goal is to ensure every Accredited Investor feels seen, heard, and meticulously cared for as we move their capital into institutional-grade assets. You are the bridge between our sales team and our active investor base. You don’t just "manage accounts"... you curate an experience! You are responsible for the seamless onboarding to the ownership lifecycle, ensuring that every document is signed, every question is answered, and every milestone is celebrated. Responsibilities: The "White Glove" Welcome: Lead the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring they have a clear roadmap of the development or acquisition timeline.Proactive Communication: Send weekly or bi-weekly "Status Briefings" to active partners so they never have to ask, "What’s happening with my project?"Documentation Concierge: Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure subscription agreements, KYC (Know Your Customer) docs, and funding wires are handled with zero friction.The "Human Touch": This includes sending closing gifts, anniversary notes, and coordinating exclusive investor-only events or site visits.Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for investor inquiries. You are the "Cool Head" who solves logistical issues before they escalate to Lee.CRM Custodian: Maintain a Gold Standard database of investor preferences, birthdays, and investment history. Qualifications: Who You Are: • Radically Organized: You find peace in a clean spreadsheet and a perfectly mapped-out project timeline. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You can read an investor’s tone and know when they need a technical update versus when they just need a reassuring human check-in. • The Polished Professional: You have experience in luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or private wealth management. You understand the "language of wealth". • A Solution-First Thinker: If a document is missing or a wire is delayed, you don't just report the problem... you find the fix and present it to the investor with a smile. • Location-Independent Professional: This is a 100% Remote position. You must have a dedicated, professional home office setup, high-speed internet, and the ability to maintain a consistent "White Glove" presence on video calls and during Canadian business hours. Compensation: $3,000–$5,000/month + performance-based bonuses
