The Client Care Manager at FYKES Realty Group is a high-impact operations role responsible for ensuring every client, tenant, and property owner receives consistent communication, strong service, and a seamless experience from start to finish. This role sits at the intersection of client care, transaction coordination, property management, and operations, working closely with leadership, clients, tenants, and vendors to keep every moving part of the business running smoothly. Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) • On Target Earnings: $65,000 – $80,000 • Paid Time Off • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Profit Share eligibility • Healthcare Premium Reimbursement Responsibilities: Client Experience & Transaction Management • Manage the full client experience from agreement signed through closing or lease execution • Process and manage all real estate contracts from listing or purchase agreement to closing • Ensure every transaction follows the team’s systems and checklist • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or issues with professionalism • Ensure post-closing documentation, disbursements, and filings are completed properly • Serve as the first point of contact for client and tenant inquiries, concerns, or complaints Seller Listing Management • Manage the onboarding of new seller clients • Coordinate listing preparation and market readiness • Ensure smooth launch of homes onto the market Property Management • Market occupied and vacant rental properties for lease • Perform market analysis on rental comparisons to determine rental price points • Manage the leasing process, including tenant screening and lease execution • Manage all aspects of the rent collection process and property bills • Handle tenant repair and maintenance requests • Coordinate vendors and oversee repair or maintenance work • Manage eviction processes when necessary • Oversee small rehabilitation projects at individual properties • Recommend rental price adjustments and communicate pricing strategy with property owners Operations & Office Management • Maintain organized office systems, files, and supplies • Ensure accurate and timely data management in the company's CRM • Manage vendor relationships and source new vendor partners when needed • Provide light tech troubleshooting and support in the office • Plan and execute client appreciation events that help generate repeat and referral business What Success Looks Like: • Clients consistently feel informed, supported, and well cared for • Transactions and leases move smoothly with minimal issues • Property owners trust the team because their investments are well-managed • Tenants receive timely responses and professional service • Systems and processes run smoothly with little oversight • Leadership can focus on growth because operations are handled effectively Qualifications: • College degree preferred • 3–5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment • 1–3 years of customer service or management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy • Service-minded with a desire to help people • Learning-based mindset with a willingness to continuously improve • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required Reasons Not to Apply: • You get overwhelmed by a long to-do list and believe interruptions are a huge nuisance • You don’t get any joy from talking with and helping people (you’d rather work alone on a task) • You aren’t comfortable handling difficult conversations with clients or team members • You’re the one freaking out when something doesn’t go as planned • You frequently need to borrow a pen during meetings • You hate handling things on the phone Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 OTE
