BrightStar Care of Ann Arbor is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Customer Care Manager / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently balance client care, staff scheduling, and daily office support.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a main point of contact for client and customer care
Assist with service for 4 territories, ability to be flexible with scheduling and travel between locations
Coordinate staff schedules and care coverage
Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors
Assist with new client intake and service inquiries
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff
Help monitor employee education and compliance
Assist with office procedures, performance goals, and care quality support
Participation in on-call rotation for after hours and weekend scheduling/emergency needs (this is compensated in addition to regular salary)
Qualifications
High school diploma required
3–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Clear Background check including motor vehicle check and full coverage auto insurance
