You’ll be a leader in the field—supporting clients, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring care is always delivered with compassion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care coverage when shifts are open

Conduct hands-on training and onboarding with new caregivers

Perform client intakes, care plan walkthroughs, and quality assurance visits

Lead supervisory visits to ensure service excellence

Serve as a dependable field leader and liaison with the office team

Qualifications:

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Available to work 8-hour days • Willing to work at least 1–2 weekends per month • 1+ year of caregiving or CNA experience • Comfortable with TRAVEL and leading in-field operations
