Client Care & Office Experience Coordinator

As our Client Care & Office Experience Coordinator, you’re the go-to for keeping the office running smoothly, supporting our agents, and creating memorable touches for clients from first contact to post-closing. You’ll be the person who keeps things organized, error-free, on-brand, and full of good vibes. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Client & Agent Support • Keep our team’s Goal Board and Trello cards up-to-date • Prep listing binders and handle post-close follow-up • Send thank-you cards, coffee cards, and client gifts • Track and prep home anniversary pop-bys and monthly recognition lists • Manage online reviews and respond professionally • Keep our Preferred Vendor List current • Organize end-of-year closing statements • Deliver escrow treats and handle light client errands Office Operations • Keep supplies stocked and the office looking sharp • Print flyers, presentations, invites, and marketing pieces • Pick up print orders and run quick office errands as needed • Support admin/marketing projects as they come up • Ensure commission checks are accurate and on time Marketing & Communication Support • Send birthday and special occasion cards • Assist with marketing drops, prep, and delivery coordination • Ensure every touchpoint stays consistent with our brand Qualifications: What You Bring • Laser-sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Friendly, professional communication (written + verbal) • Confidence using Trello, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office • Positive, team-first energy • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Reliable transportation for errands and deliveries Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
