    Mister Sparky Electric – Little Rock Area Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    Mister Sparky is seeking a high-performing Service Operations Coordinator to support daily field operations, scheduling efficiency, and customer communication.

    This is not a basic call center position. This role supports dispatch, manages inbound and outbound scheduling, protects technician productivity, and directly impacts revenue and customer experience.

    If you are highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable navigating multiple software systems at once, you may be the right fit.

    Position Overview

    The Service Operations Coordinator supports the Operations team by:

    Serving as secondary phone coverage during peak hours

    Acting as primary or backup dispatcher depending on daily operational needs

    Performing outbound scheduling to maintain full technician calendars

    Managing Agreement Membership renewals and maintenance scheduling

    Communicating schedule updates and arrival windows to customers

    Supporting revenue optimization through proactive scheduling efforts

    This role requires strong computer proficiency, multitasking ability, and operational awareness.

    Schedule

    Core schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

    Additional hours may become available at times based on operational needs, seasonal demand, or performance. These opportunities are optional and will be discussed in advance.

    This position offers the potential for expanded hours and responsibility for the right candidate.

    Core Responsibilities

    Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently

    Assist with dispatch and real-time schedule adjustments

    Fill shortfalls in the schedule through outbound contact

    Maintain membership renewals and recurring maintenance bookings

    Communicate clearly with customers and field technicians

    Work within CRM and scheduling software systems accurately

    Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume situations

    This role supports technician productivity, close rates, and customer retention.

    What We’re Looking For

    Prior dispatch, scheduling, or service-industry experience preferred

    Minimum Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Prior customer service experience preferred

    Ability to pass background check and drug screening

    This position is software-heavy and operationally focused. Applicants must be comfortable working extensively on a computer and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
