We Offer: • Competitive salary based upon experience • A supportive and collaborative team environment • Health insurance • 401(k) • Opportunities for professional development and career growth • Paid time off and holidays Responsibilities: • Client Communication: Make regular phone calls to clients to check in, gather updates, and answer questions about their case • Documentation: Accurately record client updates in case management software and maintain organized communication logs • Problem Solving: Identify and escalate issues to attorneys when needed while ensuring clients always feel supported • Attorney Support: Work closely with two experienced attorneys to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and cases move forward smoothly Qualifications: • Empathy and patience in dealing with clients who may be under stress • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Proficient in case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team • No legal experience required Compensation: $20 hourly
