We are seeking a Client Care Specialist with a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive

Respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Perform insurance verifications and obtain authorizations for various payer types

Maintain a tidy and inviting work environment and organization of resources

Provide consistent exceptional service

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiarity with computer systems

Ability to deal effectively with time pressures, stress and change

Strong time-management and excellent multi-tasking skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to details

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a fast paced Physical Therapy environment

Bilingual a plus
