Cotswold Animal Hospital is a privately owned veterinary hospital located in the heart of the Cotswold Community in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our mission is to provide high quality medicine that is personalized for each patient. Our Client Service Representative Team is a happy, friendly group responsible for our client’s first impression and last impression of our hospital. The interaction that our Customer Service team can determine how a client perceives the quality of medicine and service that is offered at Cotswold Animal Hospital.

Job Responsibilities of our Client Service Team (include but not limited to)
Provide friendly, high quality client care to clients and patients
Receive incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, online appointment requests while making sure to respond promptly
Follow established hospital policies and procedures when it comes to all areas of the hospital
Scheduling appointments and obtaining all necessary medical records and vaccine records concerning the patient and owner prior to them arriving for their scheduled appointment. Prepare all the necessary paperwork for appointments
Greet and Acknowledge every customer when they walk in the door and thank them for choosing Cotswold Animal Hospital as they leave the hospital.
Comfortable with handling animal feces and other unpleasant matter
Read and Interpret vaccination history/reminders
Maintain a neat and tidy workspace
Maintain a working, professional relationship with all team members
Be able to work on your own as well as work as a team.
