    We are seeking a polished, professional Client Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, client-focused environment and understands the importance of first impressions. This is not a call-center or phone-only receptionist role. The Client Concierge focuses on in-person client experience, office presentation, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The right candidate ensures every client feels confident, welcomed, and assured they are in excellent hands from the moment they arrive. Compensation is $20-$22/hour with the following benefits: • $20–$22 per hour , depending on experience • Firm-paid health, dental, and vision insuranceFirm-paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceFirm-paid life insurance401(k) eligibility after one year of service • Flexible PTO This Role Is Not for You If • You struggle with reliability, punctuality, or consistency in a professional setting • You prefer a loosely structured environment and find organization, preparation, or attention to detail challenging • You are uncomfortable being client-facing or representing a firm with high standards of professionalism and presentation • You do not value teamwork, collaboration, or clear communication across departments • You are not aligned with our core values of Client-First, Teamwork, Integrity, and Authenticity You’ll Thrive in This Role If • You believe that client-first service is paramount to the success of a professional firm • You have strong organizational skills and take pride in preparation and follow-through • You communicate with confidence, clarity, and professionalism • You naturally notice what needs to be done and take initiative to handle it without being asked • You enjoy being a trusted, front-facing representative of a high-standard firm Why You’ll Love Working Here • A client-first firm that values professionalism, warmth, and excellence • A collaborative, supportive team grounded in integrity and authenticity • A role where confidence, initiative, and attention to detail truly matter Responsibilities: Client Experience • Greet potential new clients and returning clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism • Maintain awareness of the daily calendar to anticipate client arrivals and appointments • Escort clients to conference rooms and ensure they are comfortable and informed Client Coordination • Assist estate planning clients as they transition to other firm teams, including Cary Financial Planning and the tax services team • Track client transitions and communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and preparedness Office Presentation • Maintain all client-facing areas, including the lobby and conference rooms, to consistently high standards • Prepare and reset conference rooms before and after appointments • Ensure the office is always clean, organized, and client-ready Office Operations • Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment • Order marketing materials and client signing folders (pens, tote bags, estate planning folders) • Assist with work orders and the coordination of office maintenance and repairs Technology & Communication • Update and maintain client information in the firm’s CRM and project management software program • Communicate professionally in person, by phone, and via email Qualifications: • Prior experience in a receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or professional services role (legal or financial services preferred) • Exceptionally well-spoken with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
