Responsibilities: • Drive new business by actively managing and tracking leads, opportunities, and outreach efforts using our CRM system • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of our services, competitive landscape, and market conditions in the home services space • Engage potential clients via phone and email to introduce high-value, specialized services and guide them through the onboarding process • Support legal team operations with organized, proactive administrative assistance for attorneys and paralegals • Champion the client experience from first contact to follow-up—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our quality, care, and expertise • Build trust and long-term relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and solution-oriented service Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Should have working knowledge of a CRM Compensation: $28.50 - $32.50 hourly
