Responsibilities: • Drive new business by actively managing and tracking leads, opportunities, and outreach efforts using our CRM system • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of our services, competitive landscape, and market conditions in the home services spaceEngage potential clients via phone and email to introduce high-value, specialized services and guide them through the onboarding process • Support legal team operations with organized, proactive administrative assistance for attorneys and paralegals • Champion the client experience from first contact to follow-up—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our quality, care, and expertise • Build trust and long-term relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and solution-oriented service Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Should have working knowledge of a CRM Compensation: $28.50 - $32.50 hourly
