This in-house, salaried + commission role focuses on connecting buyers and sellers with the right agent through consistent phone conversations and follow-up. This role is built for someone who enjoys conversation and is not afraid of effort. As a Client Connection Specialist at Colorado Property Group, you will spend your day talking with people. Some conversations start inbound. Many start outbound. All of them require consistency, confidence, and care. You are often the first voice someone hears from our company. How you communicate matters. Your role is to create trust, understand what someone needs, and connect them with the right agent. Responsibilities: What the Role Includes • High-volume inbound and outbound phone conversations • Consistent follow-up with buyers and sellers • Asking questions, listening carefully, and guiding next steps • Working from scripts and systems without sounding scripted • Tracking conversations and outcomes accurately Qualifications: This Might Be a Great Fit If: • You have your Colorado real estate license or are willing to obtain one (required) • You’re confident on the phone and love a good conversation • You’re motivated by goals but also value teamwork and collaboration • You’re naturally curious and like getting to the “why” behind a client’s move • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools like CRMs • You want a clear path to grow This role tends to fit people with DISC profiles that are high I or I/S, or I/D, with strong people skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year
