Company background: Carefully Caring Home Care in Philadelphia is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities. Through compassionate, person-centered non-medical care, we empower individuals to live with independence and community engagement. Under Medicaid Waiver program ODP – Office of Developmental Programs we serve individuals with developmental disabilities and autism and under OLTL – Office of Long-Term Living we serve seniors and adults with physical disabilities. Our team currently includes a small group of office professionals and direct care staff to deliver exceptional care.

    Role Summary:

This is a direct, results-driven client generation role focused on producing new clients through outreach, referral development, and relationship-based selling in the home care space. You will work to bring in clients for all three of our services: Medicaid Waiver OLTL, Medicaid Waiver ODP and Private Pay. You will perform direct sales activities, which you will support by limited marketing efforts that directly drive client acquisition. This role is not a fit for individuals who wait for direction or expect a predefined playbook. You must come in with ideas, initiative, and a point of view on how to generate clients.

You will be measured by and rewarded for sales results: the number and type of clients you bring in. . This position is designed for a hunter: someone who thrives on outreach, relationship‑building, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. There is no rigid playbook. You are expected to bring ideas, initiative, and a clear point of view on how to generate clients in the home care space. This role is not focused on account management or inbound leads.

We are a small agency. Success in this role depends on your ability to build trust, credibility, and momentum without relying on brand recognition. Success also requires comfort with cold outreach, rejection, persistence, and follow-up. This role owns the front end of the client acquisition funnel and works closely with our Operations & Care Coordinator, who manages intake, eligibility, and onboarding after handoff. You will be accountable for client growth across Medicaid OLTL, Medicaid ODP, and Private Pay, with defined performance targets that evolve over time.

    The role includes responsibility for:

    · Developing and executing a strategic plan to generate new client leads across OLTL, ODP, and Private Pay.

    · Conducting direct community engagement to identify and convert prospective clients.

    · Performing marketing functions such as sending out emails to current and past clients and their families to develop leads.

    · Cold calling and emailing individuals or organizations that may help generate new client opportunities · Educating referral sources and prospective clients on our services, including clear explanations of OLTL, ODP, and Private Pay offerings and eligibility basics.
