    Job Description

    We are looking for an intern to help in our sales department. You will assist in defining the department's direction and develop plans to realize our business objectives. You will help us maintain our competitive advantage and allocate resources appropriately.

    Strategic thinking is the most important skill in this role. You should also be analytical with strong organizational abilities. If you also have experience in market research and business operations, we'd like to meet you.

    Ultimately, you will help our company adapt to changes and grow.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and help shape the company's strategy and mission

    • Research competition to identify threats and opportunities

    • Assess the company's operational and strategic performance

    • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the overall strategy

    • Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes

    • Construct forecasts and analytical models

    • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes

    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

    • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports

    • Support business team with targeted research, corporate development projects, and strategic initiatives

    • Conduct independent, targeted research projects and present findings to the executive team

    • Help in developing our marketing strategy

    • Maintain content databases with competitive landscape research and qualitative analyses

    • Keep updated on news and trends in the digital therapeutics industry so that Client Engagement Academy remains on the leading edge of e-learning

    • Contribute to daily operations and perform administrative duties as requested

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Willingness to understand market research and data analysis

    • Knowledge of business operations and procedures

    • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities

    • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

    • Organizational and leadership skills

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Proficiency in MS Office

    • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP, etc.) and databases

    • Excellent data collection and analysis skills

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Aptitude in creative problem-solving

    • Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field is a plus

    • 3.0 GPA or higher
