Join Stretch Zone as a Client Engagement Associate and play a key role in helping our members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns

Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience

Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.

Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients

Qualifications

Sales experience or a related background is preferred, but not required

Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset

Eagerness to learn and grow

Compensation

Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales

Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
