Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers • Report on sales activities for the previous and future weeks in meetings with department leaders, and prepare a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenditures • Solicit new guests with targeted outbound sales initiatives, such as personal calls to your network and phone solicitations to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups that will generate new revenue • Analyze market data and use it to develop methods for meeting financial targets, designing marketing plan deliverables, and developing an annual sales forecast • Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives • Engage with potential clients through meetings, phone calls, and virtual consultations to understand their immigration needs. • Collaborate with attorneys to provide expert guidance during the initial stages of the client journey. • Proactively handle sales leads and follow up on inquiries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. • Document client interactions accurately and maintain detailed records. Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality field, is required • We prefer someone with prior hospitality experience but is not required • Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. • Strong sales experience, preferably in a legal or client-focused industry. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients facing challenging situations. Compensation: $20,000 - $32,000
