Client Engagement Manager

A organization in the K12 education space is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own and develop a multi-state territory. This role is focused on building strong relationships with school districts, driving engagement, and expanding partnerships that support hiring needs.
This is a field-facing role with a clear focus on results. The individual in this position will work directly with district leaders, HR teams, and administrators to understand their needs and position solutions that lead to increased teacher placements.
Key Focus Areas
This role plays a direct part in increasing placements and strengthening district partnerships across the territory
Travel
Approximately 20% travel is expected to meet with clients, attend events, and stay visible within the territory.
Background
Experience in K-12 education, particularly individuals who have transitioned from teaching into a client-facing or sales role, is highly preferred.
