Job Description
PA has been at the forefront of drug delivery device development for more than 30 years, supporting a global client base of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. Our drug delivery team operates internationally across the U.S., UK, and Ireland, combining deep technical expertise with world‑class design, engineering, and science capabilities.
We are seeking a Client Development Lead to drive growth across Drug Delivery and Medical Device clients on a global basis, with many clients headquartered in the U.S. This role is focused on building senior‑level relationships, identifying high‑value growth opportunities, and advancing them through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
This is a growth‑oriented role requiring strong industry credibility, a deep understanding of regulated product development, and the ability to connect client challenges with PA’s design, engineering, and scientific expertise. While digital and data capabilities may support client solutions, the core focus of this role is drug delivery and medical device innovation.

Additional information
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site or at the office.
Benefits package at PA
In compliance with Colorado’s, New York & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $145,100 - $190,000.
