In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams and also between the attorneys and referral partners. You will manage communications, track key information and outreach goals, and help spot opportunities for growth. This is executed all while delivering the kind of client experience that sets us apart. What else should you know? We’re a tight-knit team who takes our work seriously but not too seriously. Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries—by phone, email, and in person. • Guide potential clients through the intake process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. • Follow up with leads who haven’t scheduled or retained services after their initial consultation. • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (e.g., financial advisors, CPAs, other attorneys). • Coordinate and attend networking events, educational seminars, and community outreach efforts. • Track engagement and follow-up activities using our CRM and intake systems. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience. Job Details: Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday (with the option for Friday afternoons off in the summer, because, well, life is too short to not do that.) Location: On site (3083 Washington Ave, Suite A, Grandville MI, 49418) with occasional local travel for events and outreach efforts. Qualifications: What we’re looking for: • A natural relationship-builder who is warm, confident, and proactive. • Experience in client-facing roles such as sales, account management, or professional services. • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, email marketing tools, scheduling software). • Passionate about helping people and making a difference in the community. • Bonus: Experience in legal, financial, or healthcare industries.
