We are looking for a Client Engagement & Sales Professional to meet with prospective clients, uncover their goals, and guide them toward confidently engaging in our services. This is a high-impact role focused on consultative sales, lead generation, and relationship-building. The position is generally Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility for occasional evening follow-ups or events. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with prospective clients who have either completed our intake and triage process or who come through your own outreach • Engage both qualified leads and self-generated prospects using a clear, structured sales process designed to help clients make informed decisions during the initial consultation • Generate your own leads through phone, email, professional networking, and follow up with past inquiries • Attend firm-sponsored or community events when appropriate to identify meaningful connections and referral opportunities • Work alongside marketing to follow up on leads from campaigns, webinars, and referrals to maximize those opportunities • Use our CRM system to track every conversation, touchpoint, and follow-up • Re-engage undecided or cold leads with thoughtful, relevant outreach • Report regularly on pipeline progress, close rate, and client trends • Build trust with prospective clients, even if they’re not ready to commit immediately • Facilitate smooth handoffs to the legal team once a client engages, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way Qualifications: You Might Be a Fit If You • Excel at structured sales conversations where a clear recommendation and decision are expected by the end • Build trust and help people see the real value of planning ahead • Are energized by guiding prospects to a confident yes with clarity and care • Confidently handle objections and tailor your approach to individual needs • Stay organized, proactive, and tech-savvy even when managing multiple leads • Take ownership of your results and embrace conversion targets as key measures of your success Preferred Experience • Sales experience in legal, financial services, insurance, real estate, or other industries where building personal trust and handling sensitive topics is essential • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals without relying on discounts or pressure tactics • Experience using CRM systems and following a consultative sales process • Legal background is not required — what matters most is your ability to connect, communicate, and close with care Compensation: $50,000 annually
