    The Client Growth Specialist (CGS) is a key non-attorney role dedicated to strengthening client relationships and driving the growth of Farmer Enterprises Services. The CGS is responsible for engaging with existing clients to promote our services, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and upholding the highest standards of ethical practice. Responsibilities: Meeting with Existing Clients • Conduct meetings (in-person or over the phone) with existing clients. • Adhere to communication protocols to engage effectively. • Gather information about clients' needs and discuss new value-added solutions to their problems. • Explain our legal and recruiting services relevant to their needs. • Prepare quotes and payment plans. • Assist clients with financing options, if necessary. Adherence to Ethical Standards • Avoid providing legal advice or quoting fees independently. • Prepare clients for engagement with our attorneys if necessary. • Obtain client signatures and attorney approvals. Client Onboarding Oversight • Create engagement agreements and manage payments. • Follow up with clients post-engagement for feedback. Client Relationship Management • Maintain contact with existing clients who miss appointments. • Keep communication open for potential future engagements. Record-Keeping and Reporting • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system. • Track client interactions and conversion metrics. Feedback and Improvement • Provide feedback on lead quality and volume to management. • Suggest improvements based on client interactions. Lead Generation with existing clients • Travel to approved locations to network and generate leads. Perform other duties as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred to effectively engage with a diverse client base. • Consultative Sales Expertise: Demonstrated passion for consultative sales with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Client-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy and active listening skills to build trust and cultivate meaningful client relationships. • Immigration Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with business-based immigration processes is a plus; willingness to learn is highly valued. • Strategic Relationship Building: Proven ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively. • Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: Proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. • Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to simplify and convey complex information clearly. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools to enhance daily operations. Qualifications: • Sales Experience: 1–2 years of experience in product or service sales, preferably within luxury or high-end markets. • Proven Success in Consultative Sales: Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships through consultative selling. • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including reporting and data analysis to effectively track and manage sales performance. • Legal Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Background in legal services or familiarity with the legal industry is a plus, though not required. Work Arrangement: Austin, TX. Hybrid Role – In-office two days per week. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
