The Client Engagement Specialist will combine consultative sales, client care, and strategic marketing to ensure prospective new clients (PNCs) feel supported, informed, and confident in choosing our firm to represent them. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people during pivotal life moments and helping guide them toward solutions. Responsibilities: The Client Engagement Specialist plays a key role in the firm’s growth by managing relationships with prospective clients and supporting marketing initiatives that expand the firm’s reach. Client Intake & Consultations • Conduct consultations with prospective new clients (PNCs), contacting the firm • Clearly communicate how the firm may help achieve the client’s goals • Provide compassionate, professional guidance during what is often a stressful life event • Prepare prospective clients to retain the firm In accordance with California State Bar ethical rules, this role does not provide legal advice or enter into legal services agreements. All agreements must be approved and executed by a licensed California attorney. Client Conversion & Relationship Management • Help prospective clients understand the value of working with Moore Family Law Group • Guide clients through the intake and engagement process • Maintain communication with prospective clients who are not yet ready to hire the firm • Track and report key intake metrics, including inquiries, consultations, and retained clients • Ensure prospective clients receive timely follow-up and exceptional service Marketing & Community Engagement • Represent the Moore Family Law Group at networking events and community activities • Build relationships with professionals and referral partners • Assist with marketing initiatives designed to increase visibility and client acquisition • Support the firm’s growth strategy by strengthening the firm’s presence in the community Qualifications: The ideal candidate is confident, empathetic, highly professional, and comfortable speaking with individuals facing difficult personal decisions. Successful candidates will demonstrate: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence and compassion • Confidence guiding clients toward decisions without being pushy • Professional presence and strong relationship-building ability • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Education & Experience Ideal candidates often come from backgrounds involving consultative sales or high-touch client relationships, such as: • Legal intake or client services • Real estate • Financial services • Luxury retail or high-end sales • Professional services A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Life experience, resilience, and the ability to empathize with people navigating difficult situations are highly valued. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly plus bonuses
