    Role Overview

The Senior Principal, Client Executive at Cabin Consulting is a senior client and commercial leader responsible for establishing, growing, and scaling Cabin's strategic Financial Services accounts from early-stage relationships into enduring, multi-year partnerships. This role anchors Cabin's Client Growth & Development function and carries day-to-day leadership across our most important client relationships.

This role is accountable for driving strong execution across key accounts — ensuring client health, opportunity progression, delivery alignment, and sustainable growth. While broader portfolio strategy and long-term performance ownership are shared with Cabin's senior leadership, this leader plays a critical role in managing day-to-day outcomes, surfacing risks and opportunities, and enabling high-performing client teams.

In addition, this role will directly own and grow a set of priority accounts, serving as a senior relationship lead and trusted advisor while coaching Client Executives and account leaders as a player-coach.

This position is designed as a growth leadership role with the opportunity to expand into broader portfolio ownership over time as Cabin scales.

    Who this role is for

This role is built for someone who has built accounts, not just managed them. Cabin is looking for someone energized by the early, foundational work of establishing relationships, navigating procurement, and earning the right to grow. If your experience is primarily inheriting established books of business or operating within accounts where the foundational infrastructure is already in place, this likely isn't the right opportunity.
