    Client Experience Assistant

    POSITION PURPOSE

    We are seeking a Client Experience Assistant who will play a vital role in delivering a

    seamless and luxurious experience to our high-net-worth client base. This individual will

    support the Client Experience Lead, manage minute-to-minute client communications,

    consignments, transactions and overall, Client Experience, ensuring our high standards

    are upheld in every detail.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the Client Experience Lead, through calendar management, follow-up

    communication, and consignment coordination.

    • Deliver an elevated, client-centric experience tailored to each individual needs and

    preferences.

    • Maintain clear, professional, and approachable communication - both verbal and

    written.

    • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel, PowerPoint, and other

    tools.

    • Assist in creating and preparing client-facing materials with excellent penmanship and

    presentation.

    • Demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury

    environment.

    • Manage multiple priorities with precision and strong attention to detail.

    • Provide consistent support during weekends and flexible shifts as required.

    • Uphold client confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

    • Exhibit a professional presence and communication in all interactions within and

    outside the store.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and styling, preferably within luxury

    retail

    • Passion for fashion with a strong eye for style and current trends

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused

    approach

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

    effectively

    • Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    • Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry systems

    • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to receiving feedback

    • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including availability on weekends
